Meal kit location strategy from market food through cluster analysis

• Problem: After we observe a ton of data set, we need to suggest the business idea of flourishing the economy in Gun-san.

• Approach: We targeted old downtown because this area is less activated than compare group Tong-young. The markets in this old downtown. We checked the prospect of meal kit business, we decided to suggest the strategy for meal kit store from market food in the old downtown.

• Model: We cluster the neighborhoods in k-means method. By the number of convenience store in each neighborhoods, we select the location for the store. We predict the foot traffic in time-series forecasting for proof of concept.
